We are a Fugitive Emissions and Online Leak-Sealing Company based out of Burleson, Texas. We offer our diverse customer base all aspects of leak detection and repair (LDAR) services under Method 21. This includes consulting, setup, tagging, monitoring, and maintenance, in addition to timely quarterly and semi-annual reporting.

Our President Jill Skaggs started at M&R as a field technician in 2006. She has helped develop M&R's LDAR Software by listened to what the customers needs and wants and understanding the regulations. Jill strives to meet customer needs while expanding the business and continuing to learn regulations as they change. With over 20 years combined knowledge and experience, we have a staff of trained and skilled professionals ready to provide you the LDAR Program you need.

• H2S Certification
• IR Camera Certification

M&R Industrial Services has its own proprietary LDAR software, with the capability to modify it as necessary for our customers and new regulation changes.
